And like so many, I come from a place of confusion on my true purpose and genuine desires as a result of trauma and societal programming.
For the last decade I’ve been stumbling and discovering down the path of growth and healing.
I learned that the more I soften and surrender, the more moments of freedom, love, and rawness I experience in my body, mind and soul.
This is my teaching for others!
Since making that realization and nurturing my knowledge of sacred and ancestral practices, I’m devoted to assisting humans like you in the transformational process of acknowledging your truth and then bravely living it.
