Chanel and Maharri did an exquisite job of making the online Unveil and Unwind Winter solstice event a warm and welcoming healing opportunity. Right in the midst of what is usually a highly stressful time of year, we were encouraged to pause and relax through gentle movement and breathing practices that helped soften the emotional edginess and dis-regulation that the holiday season can create in the nervous system. Creative sharing was encouraged with no pressure allowing us to be comfortable, come just as we are and connect with other like-minded individuals. This virtual experience steeped in compassion and kindness seemed to effectively meet the group’s need for for human connection in a safe supportive environment. The workshop realigned me and helped me move through the rest of the holiday season and into the new year in a much more grounded and responsive way. It is a wonderful experience and I will be doing it each year going forward as a annual gift to myself! Thank you for this gift. Highly recommended!
