I’m Chanel. Devoted wife and mother to three babies. Two on Earth and one in Heaven.

My path to healing has not been linear. I give thanks to the variety of life experiences, tools and teachers who have guided me along the way. Especially, the other divine women on my path.

My professional roots are in yoga. After 10 years of instructing, I have since co-created a family business with my husband and God to provide creative and comprehensive experiences that blend movement, guidance, community, and ritual that leave you in awe of your power, ability, and potential.

I'm joyfully committed to assisting you in the transformational process of acknowledging your truth and then bravely living it.
