Join Chanel Vanzant Garrand and kindred community for a heart-expanding day retreat to hear your Soul Speak.
The Soul has many languages - symbols, numbers, repetition, dreams, patterns, words, signs, sounds, animals, nature, and so on - and we each have our own unique way of interpreting Souls’ messages - through sound, a “feeling” or sensation, a vision or “download”.
We all posses this ability and as it strengthens so does our connection to Source, to self, and to our community.
As our lives become busier, louder, and fuller, our ability to decipher this inner communication weakens. Thus, impacting our ability to flow with life in a heart-forward way.

Chanel Vanzant GARRAND
Chanel Vanzant Garrand has been a yoga teacher throughout Tampa since 2016. While completing her M.Ed., she simultaneously began her path as a yoga professional. Chanel started her personal practice due to the the lingering presence of unhealed hardship from her youth and the mental health challenges that developed in early adulthood as a result. Since then, she has experienced glimpses of personal liberation and deep inner healing. She attributes this shift to becoming a devoted wife and mother to many children. Chanel’s latest work passionately invites students to move beyond the yoga postures and down into the subtle, energetic body of the practice. Her classes equally acknowledge that life is challenging and still worth celebrating. Chanel’s spirited offerings intend to expand and strengthen your felt and intuit understanding of body mind soul connection. She infuses her affection for music, nature, spirit, stillness, ritual, ceremony and other ancient wisdom practices to help remind us of our innate gifts and contributions to this world. Chanel is 500RYT, a doula, a reiki master, pre-natal certified, Yoga Nidra trained, and certified trauma counselor.

There’s no place like home
Our retreat will take place at Nanihoku, our family residence of ten-acres in Dover, Florida. Enjoy rocked nature trails and peaceful communing areas to sit and be with Spirit. Weather permitting, we will enjoy time both inside and outside for our event. Located just a half hour outside of Downtown Tampa, you’ll be surrounded by tropical forest in our lush safe haven. Free of artificial noise and light pollution, you're invited to detoxify and unplug with us and the abundance of other plant and animal species on our property. A professional milestone reached, Chanel has dreamed of hosting healing events at home since she began teaching in 2015.

Whether this is your first tattoo or you have too many to count, we guarantee this will be one of your most memorable and sacred life moments. You pick the body placement and we'll cheer you on.
Our Very Talented Artist
Retreat investment includes a custom-designed tattoo experience with our in-house artist, Georgy Gordano. Georgy has been adorning bodies across the world for 10-years. He is accomplished and well-known for his impeccable work. He is especially exceptional in shading and fine line tattoos, as well as custom pieces involving geometric support, nature, floral, animals and body art of spiritual essence.
Georgy is our trusted family artist. He has completed several personalized pieces for us and our loved ones.
We are thrilled to have his expertise and kind spirit with us for this offering.
The Process
We’ll work with you in a 1:1 private call to channel your custom tattoo design prior to retreat day.
You’ll have a scheduled tattoo time on retreat day. All tattoos happen on-site and in a private indoor and sanitized space.
1:1 Pre-Retreat Channeling Call Included
All of Chanel’s offerings include pre-retreat support. Whether it's through the form of writing prompts to prime the dialogue, sending email reminders with what to pack, or 1:1 calls to walk through any hesitations and answer all of your questions. We are joyful to carry you through this experience from the time you book until the retreat is done.
Soul Speak Day Retreat includes a 1:1 pre-retreat call to help you tap in for what is bound to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Tattoo After-Care
After-care supplies and instructions for optimal healing are included in your investment. We will set you up to take the best care of your new tattoo.

Georgy Geordano | Tattoo artist from Colombia with over 10 years of experience

Rachel Patterson is a Reiki Master, intuitive empath, yoga teacher, and founder of Your Flow Studio. She discovered the power of this sacred healing art while recovering from treatment for breast cancer.

Krystal Yvonne is of Mexican lineage where her path into the mystical began early. She has been reading tarot for over 20 years. Krystal’s curiosity was sparked at 10 years old, after a Gypsy woman approached her mother and asked if she could teach her daughter. Though she disappeared shortly after, her presence marked a turning point. Krystal began studying tarot and astrology soon after, seeking understanding of her own life and the unseen forces shaping the world around her. Krystal loves tarot’s depth — the way it weaves together ancient knowledge, mystery, archetype, numerology, astrology and awakens the wisdom already within us. Every reading is a layered mirror — a sacred dialogue between the Divine and the soul. When Krystal reads, her intention is always to align with the highest path — to channel the loving guidance that our Higher Power (in whatever form that may take for each of us) is gently offering. My signature guided meditations always include an element of Soul Voice. Soul Voice is a distinct method that guides the meditator to the wisest, deepest part of themselves for the answers. It’s a gentle and simple tool to return to knowing through a guided meditation experience. The Soul Voice Meditation is a tool that can be applied immediately and practiced anytime you find yourself needing to go in.

Kundalini yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, mantra, and mudras to awaken the dormant energy (Kundalini) at the base of the spine and move it upward through the body's energy centers (chakras). It aims to promote physical vitality, mental clarity, and spiritual awakening.

From my experience, grown ups today lack the secure space to let it all go. With pressure to perform and keep it all together, I personally craved a space amongst women where I could be seen. To speak freely and openly. To be heard and not fixed. I have found that when we gather we begin to hear the same stories with different details. We realize that we have more in common than we think.
This circle asks that all participants come with an open mind and a willingness to be vulnerable. This space can only go as deep as those participating.
I love nothing more than holding sacred space for women to hear and remember their True Nature. This retreat is that, amplified.

I am trained as a 500RYT. I've received advanced training in pre- and post-natal yoga, trauma informed yoga, breath work, and Yoga Nidra. .
At every retreat, we always have an on-site combat tactical medic present. This individual is also CPR certified and certified in trauma and wound care. An outdoor survival medical kit is also always on site.
Our property is also located just 12-minutes from South Florida Baptist Hospital.
We are in close relationship with several therapists and other mental health practitioners should a recommendation be needed post-retreat.
Post-retreat there is opportunity to continue our work together via private and small group sessions.
