About Remember
Join retreat hosts, Chanel and Zachary Vanzant Garrand, with kindred community for our next quarterly offering of Remember Mini-Day Retreat, a space to honor our babies in heaven.
This special, seasonal retreat includes a sacred cacao ceremony, guided meditation, and conscious dialogue around themes related to those who have experienced fetal loss in the second or third trimester of pregnancy due to stillbirth, pre-term birth or pre-mature birth.
Each attendee will leave with the reminder that they are not alone in their grief, experience, or devastation.
We’ll channel healing energy through ceremony, ground into the present with meditation, and transmute emotion through guided dialogue.
All are welcome and no prior experience is needed.
We are honored to be with you in this way.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive ample email communication from us to help you prepare for a powerful and potent afternoon together.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Remember Mini Day Retreat was created for those who parent an angel in heaven.
Space is currently reserved for families who have experienced fetal loss in the second or third trimester of pregnancy due to stillbirth, pre-term birth or pre-mature birth.
At this time, our retreat welcomes those who are at least 18 years of age and older.
Registration is required for each attendee.
Space is very limited.
There is no entry fee to participate.
Donations are appreciated and accepted upon signing up.

Chanel is a well-respected and known yoga teacher, ceremonialist, retreat host, and small business owner in Tampa FL. She has dedicated her life’s work to supporting the healing, growth and transmutation of personal suffering in others. Her most important roles are devoted wife and mother to three beautiful children - two sons on Earth and one daughter in heaven. She infuses her affection for God, nature, feminine spirituality, music, and ritual in her offerings.

Zachary is a proud and devoted husband, father, and man of god. He is an admirer of nature’s artistry and completely obsessed with his wife. Zachary is also a federal agent with the United States Goverment. His passions and areas of expertise including human rights violations, human trafficking, and victims rights. He is dedicated in assisting individuals achieve personal and professional growth utilizing customized action plans, and believes anything worth doing should be done with the greatest intensity and commitment.
Both Zachary and Chanel are finding daily ways to cope, heal, and understand life after the death of their baby since May 2024.
